TERMS OF USE The owner of the website www.vapebaltic.com is SIA GRIMEX and the terms of use described below (hereinafter – Terms of Use) are applied to the website. If the pronouns “we”, “us”, “our” are used, they refer to SIA GRIMEX (registration number 54103105541, registered office – Mehanizacijas 4A, Limbazi, Latvia (hereinafter SIA GRIMEX). The website www.vapebaltic.com (hereinafter – the website or vapebaltic.com) and the products offered for purchase on the website (hereinafter – the products) are intended only for users who have reached the age of 18. GRIMEX SIA entrusts the delivery of orders to a courier service. The ordered products are delivered to the address specified by the user. Before handing over the order to the buyer, the buyer is obliged to present an identity document to the courier. SIA GRIMEX reserves the right to limit the delivery of goods to certain geographical areas.

1. The vapebaltic.com products sold on the website, including KIWI systems (KIWI device, charging device, USB cable, etc.) and related products (hereinafter – products), can only be purchased by a user who has reached the age of 18. When ordering goods, the user must ensure that the goods will not be used by persons who have not reached the age of 18. SIA GRIMEX reserves the right to change the product offer and withdraw individual products from sale at any time.

2. Order

5. All prices on vapebaltic.com are in Euro, including VAT.

Supply of goods

1. SIA GRIMEX reserves the right to limit the delivery of goods to certain geographical areas. In accordance with the general procedure, orders are delivered to the address specified in the order confirmation. If the goods cannot be delivered, the User is informed about it. If the courier is unable to deliver and communicate (by phone, SMS) with the User, the shipment is returned, and the User is informed that the Goods can be re-delivered within 2 working days. If the User does not accept the shipment during the second delivery, SIA GRIMEX or the courier service considers the order as terminated.

2. During the delivery, upon arrival at your place, the courier checks the personal data of the recipient of the order. The courier will not deliver the order in cases where the person is under 18 years of age or the person who made the purchase and who receives the purchase do not match. In this case, the order is considered canceled (the money is returned).

3. In the event that defective products are delivered, it is possible to return them and replace them with new ones free of charge. Returning goods

1. If the Goods are found to have manufacturing defects, they can be returned and replaced with new ones free of charge, unless the User chooses another remedy provided by law after purchasing a product of inadequate quality. When the Product (or part thereof) is replaced or repaired, the statutory conditions and the terms of the trade guarantee are not calculated from the beginning, which means that the new (repaired) Product may be subject to the continuous quality warranty period (that which was established for the original Product) . A product available in limited quantities may be replaced by a regular Product.

2. The User, after purchasing any Product (of appropriate quality) on the Website, has the right to return it unused within 14 days without giving a reason for return (14-day period from the date the Product was delivered to the User). After this period, the Product cannot be returned.

3. It is necessary to present the Product itself during the return (in the original packaging with all accessories and documents), as well as the purchase documents (receipt or invoice).
